Spraywell BarnGuard is an all natural, long lasting surface and odour cleaning spray that has been sold in selected Coles and pharmacies since 2021 as a direct response to Covid-19 pandemic. Containing all natural cinnamon oil, horseradish extract, water and proprietary oils with patented microcapsule technology, it is tested skin and respiratory safe. Using nature's powerful antimicrobial properties of cinnamon oil and horseradish it deodorises, cleans and keeps cleaning for 28 days when sprayed onto walls, ceilings, cages, barns, floors, surfaces and ventilation systems. Subsequent local trials have proven the fumigant property of cinnamon oil against red mites prevalent to poultry housing.

Containing natural active ingredients, it has been used in USA, Morocco, Malaysia, Philippines, Indonesia and South Korea in the poultry hatcheries, egg and broliler farms, swine farms, fruit transportation and warehousing and food packaging industries with remarkable results. The product has been independently verified as environmentally safe by Green Seal organisation. Using well known fumigant insecticidal and antibacterial properties of cinnamon bark oil, BarnGuard has been proven to repels mites, mosquitoes, lice, cockroaches, ticks, other insects and arachnids without any withholding periods.

Spraywell BarnGuard should be applied using a fogger or sprayer for maximum coverage (1litre covers 20sqm) and allowed 2 hours to dry and activate. Once it has been applied to surfaces, walls and ceilings, cages, barns and sheds, as day night temperature fluctuates, using L'Chatelier's enthalpy principle, microcapsule sized vapour oils are released to act on the surface and surrounding areas for 28 days of ongoing antiviral, antibacterial, antifungal and repellent activity.

Most recently Spraywell BarnGuard has been used recently in California and Philadelphia USA to reduce and halt transmission of the catastrophic Avian Influenza in some of the largest egg, hatchery and poultry farms.
